Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility
We are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Work has not commenced on your project within the agreed timeframe.
- Delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed project specification.
- A technical error on our part causes loss of data or deliverables that cannot be recovered.
- Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before completion.
All refund claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the event giving rise to the claim.
Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. The following terms apply:
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your project at any time. Refunds will be pro-rated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
- Before Work Commences: 100% refund of any advance payment, less a 10% administrative fee.
- During Development: Refund of advance payment less the value of work completed, calculated at our standard hourly rate.
- After Project Delivery: No refund is available after final delivery and client sign-off.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- The project is cancelled mid-development at the client's request - refund covers unstarted work only.
- A specific deliverable cannot be completed due to technical constraints not foreseeable at project start.
- We mutually agree to reduce the project scope after commencement.
Partial refund amounts are calculated transparently and communicated in writing before processing.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Domain registration and renewal fees paid to registrars on your behalf.
- Third-party software licences or API subscriptions purchased for your project.
- Hosting fees for periods already consumed.
- Work completed and approved by the client at any project milestone.
- Rush or expedited service fees.
- Administrative fees (10%) on any cancelled project.
